Verda teo estas speco de teo, kiu estas farita el la planto Camellia sinensis. La folioj kaj burĝonoj de la planto estas vaporitaj, rulitaj kaj sekigitaj antaŭ ol ili estas uzataj por fari verdan teon. Verda teo estas konsumita dum jarcentoj en Ĉinio kaj aliaj aziaj landoj pro siaj sanaj avantaĝoj.
